Workshops
Automation in the Workplace: Arjun Bajaj, PwC
In this workshop, we will be demonstrating the increasing importance of automation technologies in the workplace, how they can enhance and increase productivity of business processes, and how to effectively execute an automation project or task. This will be conveyed through examples of automation tools that we currently use, an explanation of how to effectively develop, test and execute an automation process, and insight on how to measure the benefits acquired from putting automation tools in place. Students will then be able to utilize their new knowledge by applying what they’ve learned to identify problems that they have encountered either in school or in the workplace that can be solved using automation and develop a plan for how those solutions would be achieved.

Self Care for High Potential Entrepreneurs: Jess Edelstein
In this intimate workshop (12 participants max), we'll explore the key to maximizing your mental health in a high pressure startup environment and the burnout-busting self-care tools that every entrepreneur should know about. Each participant will leave with tangible, life-changing stress hacks that can be implemented immediately, as well as newfound understanding of your own unique energetic makeup.
Note from Jess Edelstein:
The biggest "aha" moments will come from those with workaholic tendencies and/or the go-go-go types who are driven by a sense of anxiety, if that makes sense. At the very least, we'll be talking about the vagus nerve, breathwork, and human design.

Entrepreneurship & The ReBelles Program: Baker Institute, Lehigh University
The workshop will begin with a panel discussion about the initiative, progress to date and next steps. It will then become an interactive session to ideate on opportunities and potential solutions to be pursued by focusing on the following: How might we help female entrepreneurs overcome challenges they encounter, whether real, implied or imagined and galvanize their ability to level up and claim the opportunities that are available, leverage the networks they build and become successful entrepreneurial leaders. All participants will be eligible to join the ReBelle Initiative if interested.
The Baker ReBelles Initiative:
A new program of the Baker Institute for Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation has the following mission: To provide tools, resources and a powerhouse network as a means of leveling the funding/resource/startup playing field, fostering greater self-efficacy, a growth mindset and helping to scale the entrepreneurial endeavors of women during their time at Lehigh and beyond.
