Workshop 1 - Vision Boards: Looking Back to See Ahead
Vision boards can serve as a key to understanding what kind of life we see for ourselves, 5, 10, and even 50 years in the future. Goal setting and future thought can make what seems remote and unlikely now possible for down the line. Through our vision board workshop, we hope to grab onto those key experiences from the past, and use them to define our goals for the future.
Linh Pham – Staff, Tax Technology & Transformation at EY
Linh Pham started her career in the FSO Tax Technology & Transformation practice after graduating from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting and Business Information Systems (2020) and M.S in Accounting Information Analysis (2021). In her role, Linh has been working to help large financial institutions automate their tax reporting processes and optimize their operational workflows. At EY, Linh is involved in the FSO Tax’s Professional Women Network and Pan Asian Professional Network. At Lehigh, she was the President of the Business Information Systems Club and Vice President of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.”
Sofia Khobot – Senior Manager, Business Consulting at EY
Sofia Khobot is a senior manager in the Advisory practice at EY, focusing on Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM). Sofia interned at EY, and has been with EY since she graduated Lehigh. Within FSRM, Sofia focuses on enterprise governance and controls. Sofia has helped over 10 large banking institutions in the areas of risk management, regulatory management, and has extensive experience working on large-scale regulatory programs.
Stephanie Pugh – FSO Assurance, Audit Staff at EY
Stephanie Pugh began her career working in public accounting after graduating from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting and minor in Health, Medicine & Society (2019). Currently, she is a Staff II in the insurance sector. At EY, Stephanie is heavily involved in the Insurance's D&I Committee for the NY Metro area and is a peer buddy for interns and recent hires. At Lehigh, she was a Head Gryphon for the Office of Residence Life, member of the Peer Health Advisors organization, and participant in the summer study abroad program in Prague.

Workshop 3 - Learning to Tell Your Story
Are you your resume? Learn how to identify the value of your personal story and experiences that live "between the lines" of your resume. Develop your "unresume" so you can communicate your whole value to future employers, business partners, investors or others with whom you'll be discussing your "qualifications" for jobs and other opportunities. Develop your personal style of persuasive communication that can be used in interviews, meetings, pitches and other high stakes situations.
Lisa Getzler - Executive Director at Baker Institute
Lisa Getzler is Executive Director of Lehigh University’s Baker Institute for Entrepreneurship, Creativity & Innovation, which was launched in 2010 to create a culture of entrepreneurship across the university, promote innovative thinking and foster the realization of entrepreneurial ideas.
Lisa is responsible for the Institute’s strategy, mission driven program design, internal and external partnerships and developing the resources needed to provide students from all disciplines with opportunities to develop their entrepreneurial mindset and actionable skills as well as their early stage ventures. Design Thinking is at the heart of Baker Institute programming and Lisa has been a DT practitioner and facilitator for over a decade. Lisa has worked to champion forward looking approaches to students’ intellectual property and is nationally known for developing assessment tools to directly measure student performance in multi-disciplined, team-based, immersive learning environments. The assessment measures she developed for the Integrated Product Development Capstone Program at Lehigh University, have been recognized as best practices in assessment of student performance and adopted by similar programs across the country.These works have been the basis for partnerships with peer institutions, garnering National Science Foundation funding and have been recognized by ABET, the accrediting agency for academic programs in applied science, computing, engineering and engineering technology.
In 2017 she spearheaded Lehigh@NasdaqCenter, a partnership between Lehigh and the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center in San Francisco, providing Lehigh a permanent, year-round academic presence on the West Coast, particularly in the globally renowned startup hub of nearby Silicon Valley. Lisa is a co-founder of TEDxLehighRiver where she serves as curator and speaker coach. Lisa was named a Lehigh Valley Business Women of Influence and is the recipient of Lehigh U's Hillman Award for her major impact on advancing the role of entrepreneurship at Lehigh, and has served on the executive board of directors at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center.
